A jó palóczok (A2)

The Good Palóc People in easy Hungarian

Mikszáth Kálmán

Read The Good Palóc People (A jó palóczok) by Kálmán Mikszáth in easy Hungarian: a free CEFR A2 graded reader to download as an EPUB. Seven sketches of village life in northern Hungary, among them the proud shepherd in Az a pogány Filcsik and the miser in A kis csizmák, with Mikszáth's gentle humour and quiet sadness. This is a selection, not the whole collection, and a few phrases about a very young girl are left out or reworded; everything else in the seven sketches is kept, in short, plain sentences of modern Hungarian with a glossary after each one. Könnyű olvasmány magyarul tanulóknak, A2 szint: Mikszáth Kálmán hét elbeszélése egyszerű magyar nyelven, ingyen, EPUB formátumban.
