Your uploads

You may only upload books that you have the right to adapt for your own use: books in the public domain, books you wrote, or books whose licence allows adaptation. You confirm this for every upload. We process an uploaded book only to produce the edition you asked for, and we never share it or the result with anyone else.

Generated editions

Simplified editions are produced by an AI model and can contain mistakes. They are for personal language learning only. Do not distribute editions of books that are under copyright.

Plans and quotas

Quotas count the words of the original chapters you convert and reset at the start of each billing period. A job that fails does not count against your quota. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Payments and refunds

Plans and book credits start immediately. When you buy, you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once a book has been processed. If a book fails or the result is unusable, write tosupport@readseasy.com: we may refund or reissue the credit at our discretion. Refunding a payment removes the credits it bought.

Deleting your data

You can delete a book and all files made from it at any time from your dashboard.
